How to Bulk Create, Modify, and Disable Users in Declaree
If you are using an API connection or SCIM to retrieve user information, please note that at the next sync, your updated information will be overwritten by the data sent via the connection. In this case, ensure that updates are made within your API or SCIM connection.
Bulk managing users in Declaree is a straightforward process that can save you a lot of time. Follow these steps to efficiently add multiple users at once.
Log in to Declaree:
Navigate to the Declaree website and log in with your admin credentials.
Access User Configuration:
From the dashboard, navigate to
Configuration
.
Navigate to Users Section:
In the
Configuration
menu, selectUsers
.
Download the Template:

Users
section, look for theMore

, then selectDownload
.This will download an Excel file template to your computer.
Fill Out the Excel Template:
Open the downloaded Excel file.
