Managing Access to Multiple Entities

If your company setup includes multiple entities or sub-administrations under a parent organization, it's possible for users to be members of multiple entities simultaneously. Here's how to manage and switch between these entities easily.

Setting Up Access for Users

To allow users to access different entities:

  1. Administrator Action Required: The Administrator needs to configure each user's access.

  2. How to Set It Up:

    • Go to the individual user’s profile.

    • Navigate to the Advanced section.

    • Review and update the settings to grant access to the relevant entities.

Once users have access to multiple entities, they can switch between them as follows:

Switching Between Entities

In the Web Environment:

  1. Access the Menu:

    • Click on the name of your current administration in the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Choose the Desired Entity:

    • A menu will appear with a list of available entities. Simply select the one you wish to switch to.

In the Mobile App:

  1. Open the Menu:

    • Tap the three lines (hamburger menu) in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Select the Desired Entity:

    • From the menu, choose the entity you want to access.
