Setting Up and Contacting the Support Contact Person

To make it easier for employees to contact the support contact person within the organization, follow these steps to set up and use the contact details:

Setting Up the Support Contact

  1. Navigate to Configuration:

    • Go to “Configuration” in the main menu.

    • Select “Profile”.

  2. Enter Support Contact Details:

    • Under the heading “Support Contact”, enter the following information:

      • Name

      • Email

      • Phone number

Contacting the Support Contact

To directly contact the designated support person, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Contact Option:

    • Click on the (info) icon on the right side of the page, right next to your initials.

  2. Initiate Contact:

    • Click on “Contact Support”.
