Setting Up and Contacting the Support Contact Person
To make it easier for employees to contact the support contact person within the organization, follow these steps to set up and use the contact details:
Setting Up the Support Contact
Navigate to Configuration:
Go to âConfigurationâ in the main menu.
Select âProfileâ.
Enter Support Contact Details:
Under the heading âSupport Contactâ, enter the following information:
Name
Email
Phone number
Contacting the Support Contact
To directly contact the designated support person, follow these steps:
Access the Contact Option:
Click on the icon on the right side of the page, right next to your initials.
Initiate Contact:
Click on âContact Supportâ.
