When Will My Expense Be Paid Out?

Questions about expense reimbursements or payment dates are handled internally within your organization. Declaree provides the platform for managing expenses, but your company’s internal Declaree administrators are responsible for payment processing.

They act as your first line of support and can assist you directly.

How to Contact Your Administrator

In the web application:

  1. Click the Info icon ℹ in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Contact Support.

This creates a new email addressed to your company’s designated Declaree support contact.

Tip: If you’re unsure who your administrator is, ask your manager or finance department: They can point you to the right person.
