Common Issues and Solutions

1. App Sync Issues

  • Issue: Users experience sync issues, resulting in expenses appearing as drafts or not syncing correctly.

  • Solution:

    • Sync company settings: Navigate to Account β†’ Settings β†’ Sync.

    • Clear the app cache: Go to Settings > Apps > [Your Declaree App] > Storage > Clear Cache.

    • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

    • If the issue persists, reinstall the app.

2. Missing or Disappearing Expenses

  • Issue: Expenses may be missing between platforms (web or mobile), or suddenly disappear from reports.

  • Solution:

    • Sync company settings: Navigate to Account β†’ Settings β†’ Sync.

    • Check app permissions to make sure the app can access files on your phone.

    • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.

    • If the issue persists, reinstall the app.
