Activate your trial
Click Start Free Trial in the pop-up inside Declaree. Your company’s trial begins immediately and runs for 14 days. -
Keep submitting expenses as usual
As receipts and mileage are entered, Declaree automatically estimates their CO₂ emissions using verified factors from our partner Lune. -
View your emissions
You’ll see a CO₂ card at the top of your expense list with your current total and a link to open a detailed report dashboard. -
Trial expiry
After 14 days, tracking stops automatically. You’ll still be able to view the results gathered during the trial. -
Next steps
If you’d like to continue using CO₂ Tracking permanently, simply reach out to your Mobilexpense contact or reply to the follow-up email you’ll receive at the end of the trial.

The trial is organization-wide and lasts 14 calendar days from the activation date.

There is no charge during the trial period.

The trial automatically ends after 14 days; CO₂ tracking and new calculations stop at that time.

You may contact Mobilexpense at any time during or after the trial to purchase the CO₂ Tracking add-on.

Existing data collected during the trial remains visible to admins after expiry.

By activating the CO₂ Tracking free trial, you consent to the processing of your organization’s expense and mileage data by Lune, Mobilexpense’s sustainability partner, for the sole purpose of calculating CO₂ emissions.

Lune acts as a data processor under Mobilexpense’s control and in accordance with GDPR. No personal data beyond what is required for emissions calculation is shared.
