From the Reports page, you can select multiple reports and export them in your preferred format. However, for speed and performance reasons, a maximum of 250 reports can be viewed and exported at once.
Exporting More Than 250 Reports
If you need to download more than 250 reports at a time, your organization can use the Datadump module.

This is a paid module that allows organizations to retrieve expense data over a chosen period.

Data is delivered in CSV format via email or FTP.
Once the module is activated, you can create a datadump by following these steps:

Go to Configuration → Import & Export.

Click More.

Select Dump.
