White Label - How to modify the Corporate Identity & Regulations

Customers who have purchased our White Label module are entitled to customize their corporate identity (e.g. logo, colour scheme) and company regulations through the following steps:

1. Access Corporate Identity Settings:

   • Navigate to Configuration > Corporate Identity

2. Upload Corporate Identity:

   • At the top of the page, you can upload your company-specific corporate identity.

   • Enter the colours matching your corporate identity using the hex colour code.

   Logo Requirements:

   • Size: 318x88 pixels

   • Format: .jpg or .png

3. Add Company Regulations:

   • This module allows you to add company regulations concerning travel and spend management.

   • These regulations or policies can be accessed from within both the web and mobile apps, ensuring users are always up-to-date with internal expense management rules.

   Steps to Add Regulations:

   • Scroll down and click on "Regulations".

   • Add your text.

   • Click Save.

Visibility of Regulations:

1. Regulations will be visible to all users.

2. They can be found in the main menus on both the web and mobile apps.
