Go to “Configuration” in the main menu.

Select “Profile”.

Enter Support Contact Details:

Under the heading “Support Contact”, enter the following information:

Phone number

Contacting the Support Contact
To directly contact the designated support person, follow these steps:

Access the Contact Option:

icon on the right side of the page, right next to your initials.
