Connecting with Nmbrs

This guide explains how to set up the Nmbrs connection, synchronize employees, export reports, and handle common error messages.

Step 1: Making a Connection

  1. Navigate to Connections:

    • Go to ManagementConnectionsNmbrs.

  2. Verify Email Addresses:

    • Ensure the "Business Mail Address" field in Nmbrs contains the employee's business email address.

    • This email address must match the one in Declaree.

  3. Log In:

    • Use your Nmbrs login credentials to log in.

  4. Enable Synchronization:

    • Check the box for "Synchronize employees and relationship codes".

    • Click Save.

  5. Synchronization:

    • Employees will now be synchronized, and relationship codes will be added to the employees in Declaree.

Do not manually enter relationship codes; always use synchronization to add them.

Step 2: Export Reports to Nmbrs

  1. Select Reports:

    • Navigate to Reports.

    • Select one or multiple reports.

  2. Export to Nmbrs:

    • Click Export.

    • Choose Nmbrs from the export options.

  3. Confirm Export:

    • A logo will appear behind the report, indicating it has been exported to Nmbrs.

  4. Mark as Processed:

    • It is recommended to mark the report as processed after export.

    • To do this, select the report and click on the archive icon (located at the top right, next to the eye icon).
