This guide explains how to set up the Nmbrs connection, synchronize employees, export reports, and handle common error messages.
Step 1: Making a Connection

Navigate to Connections:

Go to Management → Connections → Nmbrs.

Verify Email Addresses:

Ensure the "Business Mail Address" field in Nmbrs contains the employee's business email address.

This email address must match the one in Declaree.

Log In:

Use your Nmbrs login credentials to log in.

Enable Synchronization:

Check the box for "Synchronize employees and relationship codes".

Click Save.

Synchronization:

Employees will now be synchronized, and relationship codes will be added to the employees in Declaree.

Do not manually enter relationship codes; always use synchronization to add them.
Step 2: Export Reports to Nmbrs

Select Reports:

Navigate to Reports.

Select one or multiple reports.

Export to Nmbrs:

Click Export.
-
Choose Nmbrs from the export options.

Confirm Export:

A logo will appear behind the report, indicating it has been exported to Nmbrs.

Mark as Processed:

It is recommended to mark the report as processed after export.

To do this, select the report and click on the archive icon (located at the top right, next to the eye icon).

Handling Error Messages
Error Code 1003: Unauthorized Access

Verify User Permissions:

Ensure the user linked to the Nmbrs administration has the correct permissions to export data.

Check Synchronization:

Confirm that users were created via synchronization and that no relationship codes were added manually.
