Quick Start Guide Employee - Single Sign On

Declaree makes it easy to manage and submit your business expenses. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) and submit your first expense—whether you’re using a smartphone or computer.

What You’ll Need

  • An active work account provided by your organization

  • Access to the Declaree app (iOS or Android) or the web version via browser

  • Optional: a receipt or mileage to declaree

Step 1: Log In with Single Sign-On (SSO)

Follow the steps for your device:

📱 App (iPhone or Android)

  1. Open the Declaree app (available in the App Store or Google Play).

  2. Tap Single Sign-On.

  3. Enter your company name (e.g., yourcompany) → Tap Next.

  4. You’ll be redirected to your organization’s login page → Log in with your work credentials.

💻 Web (PC or Mac)

  1. Go to Declaree | Single Sign-On.

  2. Enter your work email address.

  3. Log in using your organization’s familiar login screen.


ℹ️ You always log in using your corporate Microsoft, Google, or other SSO account—no need to remember a separate Declaree password.

Step 2: Start Your Expense Submission

There are two ways to begin. Choose what works best for you:

Option 1: Start with an Individual Expense

  1. Tap or click the + icon to create a new expense.

  2. Fill in the details and attach your receipt.

  3. Choose an existing report or create a new one when saving.

Option 2: Start with a Report

  1. Go to Reports and create a new report.

  2. Give it a clear name (e.g., “Berlin Trip Jan 2025”).

  3. Save the report and open it → Add one or more expenses.

Step 3: Submit Your Report

Once you’ve added all your expenses, you can submit your report for approval.

  1. Open the report

  2. Click Submit

Your report will now be sent for approval based on your organization’s workflow.

Step 4: Check Report Status

You can track the status of your report at any time to see whether:

  • The report has been received

  • Approval is still pending

  • Everything has been processed

The latest status is always visible in your report overview.
